Counseling in Asheville
Sean Jarman, M.ED., LPCS, CLP
Are you looking for counseling in Asheville North Carolina, with lots of options for your specific needs?
Are you feeling stuck – or even completely unhappy? Anxiety and Depression can control thought processes to the point of making you think nothing good can happen. Your muscles may be tight. Stomachaches and headaches can keep you from finding fun in life. Feeling panicked to the point of being paralyzed is devastating and immobilizing. Walking around with your head in a fog causes you to miss important moments of life – time with friends and family, social events that you planned to attend.
Let me help you shift your mind and heart to let go of your grip on unwanted emotions that you just can’t seem to shake. Let me help you find more positive and empowering payoffs that have really amazing impacts on your life, such as inner peace, improved relationships and abundance.
It is a risk to do substantial inner work. However, the risk has so many benefits. It is a risk to share the pain deep inside, to potentially cry and be emotional in front of a stranger in sessions, but the benefit is a breakthrough to freedom from those emotional shackles.
My skills include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, LENS Neurofeedback, Tappas Acupressure Technique (TAT), Reiki and other practical tools such as the Photonic Stimulator (or Cold Laser) for pain.
Allow me the privilege and honor to provide you with tools to handle life’s challenges and to live an Empowered and Extra Ordinary Life.
A New Beginning | A New Life | A New You
I look forward to hearing from you!
Sean Jarman, LPCS | 828-302-3868
